I have five small projects that need to be addressed:
• move chimney of exhaust of gas stove 1 inch higher - involves cutting slightly larger hole in exterior wall, about 3 feet off ground, and re connecting, installing chimney • move the snow shield up 6 inches • install two new door locks in interior doors • install new light fixture above bathroom mirror
The first two are at the recommendation of gas stove repair person due to exhaust stains on outside of building.
